Without attending an fsb's internal strategy meetings, it's probably
tough to tell the difference between a program that is designed to be
bad, and one that is as designed to be as good as possible, but
happens to be boring to work on.

Do you really honestly think that any software business designs
programs to be bad?

Frankly, the state of software engineering is such that programs are
bad without any help at all.

Does anybody on this list have any actual example of a program which
was designed to be bad, whether from an FSB or not? (I mean based on
internal evidence, not on using the program and concluding that
anything that bad must have been designed that way.)
