If it contains `portions' of a GPL'd work, it's obviously not written
*entirely* by you.

Yes, you do go on mentioning header files... but from what I gather
From the FSB and debian-legal lists (IANAL ;-) the case of copyrights
on header files, including them and constants in those header files,
is a rather confused one.

So, it's not clear what the status of *those* portions is...
