Does anyone know how to get a copy of the Lehman Report?
Someone suggested downloading it from uspto.gov, but an attempt to 
connect failed:
	> ftp
	Login Name (jon): anonymous@uspto.gov
	Password: jon@halsp.hitachi.com
	User anonymous unknown.
	Login failed.
Similar attempts with "guest" instead of "anonymous" didn't work any
better.  Any other suggestions?
