   My only concern is whether they are breaking the GPL:

      1.	Do they claim any sort of "compilation copyright"?

      2.	Do they make the source available for all of the GPL'd materials?

      3.	Have they modified and "taken private" any GPL'd materials.

That doesn't seem to be their intent.  They're working off a vanilla
Linux distribution (Red Hat -- which either violates the GPL or
doesn't -- either way it's not Caldera's responsibility), and they've
already donated kernel improvements.
