Assume most volunteers work for companies.  Assume most volunteers do
signifigant amounts of work on company time.  Assume turnover remains
high.  The company is going to want the license to apply to to the
company, not to the person.  Possible solution: the license could
apply to *both* the company and person.

What kind of license?  GPL rights?  Copyright owner rights?  Something
else?
