Well, if you read the descriptions of those items, you're paying for
90 days (or 30) of support... they also tout the some of the benefits
of having media to install from instead of downloading (the suite *is*
large, and cable/dsl are not ubiquitous yet.)

Beyond that, well, if you don't see a reason, perhaps you're either
not in their target market, or their marketing didn't work on you.
Perhaps you don't need the support, or what you get via email is good
enough (or perhaps the software simply works well enough for you.)
