1) I agree with Adam. The term "Open Source" will be co-opted
quickly. Much as "hacker" now means "cracker" and "vandal", not a
programmer who honors the hacker ethic. "Open Source" will become
meaningless.
Quick linguistic fixes, DO NOT WORK!
Continual re-education is what works.
Yes, it's much harder.
2) If you really want to go with a quick linguistic fix, some
suggestions:
Freed Source
Anyone Can Do Anything They Want With It, Source.
3) In retrospect, I wish that the FSF had named itself either
The Freed Software Foundation
or better yet
The Software Freedom Foundation
It would have reduced the problem of "Free" also meaning money, some.
And had let the FSF concentrate more on promoting it's core ideas.
