As an aside, some FSB customers may consider the ability to freely
redistribute the software we give them to itself be a competitive
advantage - it makes it easier for consumers of their products to take
advantage of them.  Not all value-add is the code itself; availability
and market timing are value in themselves, perhaps sufficient to
warrant the $20M price tag.
