Apache was a set of fixes to NCSA ... how can it have been chasing it?
Except up its own orifice, that is. In the end it became such a
successful set of fixes that NCSA decided to stop playing. Amicably. As
for chasing CERN, well, from where I was sitting, you had to apply the
brakes to get anywhere near CERN.
