Well, one of the biggest advantages is people have been working with
it for 7 years (or 15).

Who has been working with NT for the last 15 years?  Or Os/2?

Even if NT is theoretically better it doesn't have:
	1) the level of experience
	2) the amount of testing 
on various hardware platforms.
