DSP wins Rockwell inunction

Santa Clara-based DSP Group obtained a preliminary
injunction Thursday against Rockwell International Corp.,
barring the Seal Beach-giant from granting royalty-free
licenses for its speech compression/decompression
technology.  DSP claims that Rockwell is restraining
trade by selling its technology for below cost.
