This presumes that you have an FTP client smart enough to grovel
through a zip file to find particular file, and smart enough to go to
a particular line in a text file. Since you probably don't have such
a thing, I've created:

What is the point of giving away software unless you want other people
to use it? It takes time and effort to put together a distribution of
software. So if you were indifferent to the use of it, you would
write it, and never give it away.
