The medical industries were extremely effective at killing the 
"Clinton health plan" when most people, when hearing the details of 
the plan, supported it.

They did this by effective use of the employee base and innovative 
use of employer internal information systems. Employees has to verify 
a date that a letter was sent.

Hopefully this would also work on loathsome legislation. To go to a 
develop site at least CLAIM to have sent a letter.

10k letters would kill this now, the number I heard from two people 
working on the Hill. The further it goes the more it takes.
