This is part of a multi year project which includes all the basic 
things you would control for: GDP, population,  availability of 
telephony, power supply availability, overall corruption index. 
Hopefully, since this is all funded by Saichs, there will be some 
high level cluefulness resulting. But one can only hope.

The full paper will not be done until spring.

The FSB implication is that FSB survival is critical to the HW 
companies, and that particularly in international markets. Once 
again, the idea is that in a competitive box market M$ would roll 
over and die and that OEMs team with M$ at their own cost.
