Yes.  I wish more organizations would make it possible to donate as a whole so
that they can hire more full time developers.

Organizations can't scale with one or the other.  1000 part-time engineers can't
fix some issues.  You really need to have a few full-time paid engineers which
complement the part-time engineers.
