Russ, be ashamed.  Note the double standard here.  Microsoft has to
get it into production, "hackers" only have to write it.  Let's even
up the playing field in the relevant way (which is not the one that
Larry Rosen chose):

    Anybody at all worthy of the term "software innovator" has gotten
    a program (not necessarily one that they've written themselves)
    into production.

Anybody who's done it four times deserves serious consideration for
promotion to "social benefactor". <0.5 wink>
